RIVERBANKS ZOO AND GARDEN PHASE III, PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE PROJECT

Foundations for the South Elevator Tower have been Placed

Elevator Pit CIP Walls Stripped and Ready for Waterproofing

Bridge Abutment Foundation Completed for the South Side

Micropiles Begin for the North Elevator Tower Footings

One Week Look Ahead The Life Support Systems Commissioning process is to be completed this week; with

Owner Training for the Defender Filters and Ozone Generators completed yesterday. The

Final Inspections from the City of Columbia as well as the Fire Marshal where received this

week. Owner and Architect Inspections and Punch for the completed Hardscape work is

scheduled for next week. Preparations for the turn over of Phase II, Holding and Viewing

Buildings to the Owner are ongoing.

The Pedestrian Bridge Project is

making progress with the Foundation

Footings placed and vertical cast in

place wall erection beginning for the

South Tower. Micropiles are being

installed starting today for the North

Tower, and should be completed next

week. The additional storm piping for

the North Site was completed

yesterday. Pyramid Masonry to begin

next week and will start erection of the

CMU walls on the South Tower.
