Explorer™ 380x Wet And Wild, High And Dry... On White Water Or Open Water

First introduced in 1976, the Explorer™ 380x is one of our oldest continuously offered kayaks. We redesigned this series to improve their shape, bailing ability in whitewater, comfort and paddling speed on flat water. Not only do these kayaks look better, they perform better on whitewater and on open water because of the rounded symmetrical shape and because the 16 self-bailing drain valves can be used open or shut.

The 380x is light enough for one person to handle & roomy enough for 2 persons and gear. Best of all, because of the electronic horizontal seam system and computer controlled cutting system, the 380x is now considerably lighter in weight without sacrificing either the strength or durability.
