Local Home Instead Senior Care Among
Top in Nation for Customer Satisfaction
Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners Reed and Christina O’Bri-
en recently attended the Home Instead Senior Care International Con-
vention in Omaha, Nebraska, where they were among the first to re-
ceive a new, prestigious award. Home Instead founders Paul and Lori
Hogan presented the O’Briens with the Pursuing Excellence by Ad-
vancing Quality award. This new award recognizes franchises for
their commitment to providing outstanding service to their Clients and
CAREGivers. The O’Briens’ franchise, which serves Hamblen, Se-
vier, Jefferson, Cocke and Grainger counties, ranked No. 3 in the na-
tion in overall client and CAREGiver satisfaction scores through inde-
pendent surveys conducted by J.D. Power and Associates.
“This is tremendous honor. There are nearly 650 Home Instead
Senior Care franchises in the U.S., so we are truly humbled and
blessed to have received this award,” said Reed. “Customer service is
the core of who we are. It is important to Reed and me that our clients
and their families, our CARE-
Givers, our administrative
team, and those who make re-
ferrals to us know and feel
that Home Instead Senior Care
does whatever it takes to do a
great job and deliver on our
promises,” said Christina.
