Sign in MediBuddy+ with your user ID and password.

This is how the home page looks like….

You can see the status of the claim here. Click on it for details.

You can search the Claim by Claim number, Patient name, IP number and NEFT/UTR number.

The menu is on the left. You can see that we have a notification. Click on it.

We have a new notification for “Information Required”. Click on it.

We can see that information is required for the given claim ID. Click on it for details.

You can also go to “Notifications” “Information required” to select actions.

When we click on “Claims” on the menu, we can see the lists of all the active claims, the documents awaited, the documents received, the settled claims, the denied claims and the Government scheme.

When we go to “Admission” in the menu, we can choose to “Confirm e-Cashless” or “New Admission”.

When we have a cashless request, we can choose “New Admission” from both these places

A Pre-authorization form will be displayed once you click on “New admission”.

The fields marked with star(*) are mandatory. Either MAID or a combination of Corporate Name and Employee ID or Policy number and Insurer Name could be entered.

After that fill in the other details.

You can select and upload files by clicking on “Choose File”.Note that at least one of the documents listed needs to be submitted. You can submit more documents by clicking on “Add more files”. The files can be in any format.

Once you fill in the mandatory fields in the form, the “Submit New Admission” box will be highlighted. Click on it to submit.
