Pigs & Paper? The Board of Outreach is excited to announce an opportunity for giving during Lent.  For just $30 you can provide a piglet to a family in need. When this little piggy grows up, she will give birth to as many as 16 piglets each year. Pigs help fertilize fields, provide food to eat and can be sold at market for much-needed income. What a BIG difference a pig can make!  Pick up your “piggy bank” in the back of the worship area and fill it with your change during the months of March and April.  We will also be collecting paper products (toilet paper, paper plates, paper towels, napkins) to give to local families in need.  These will be given out at the food pantry

after Easter.  Thanks in advance for your participation!

Summer Trips

There are three opportunities for summer youth trips •A High School Trip to Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and Phoenix; •A Middle School trip to Kansas City or Milwaukee; and•An inter-generational trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Northern Minnesota.

There will be a meeting following worship on Sunday, March 5. All interested parties should plan to attend so we can finalize plans, start working out details and consider fundraising options.

JOURNEY Sunday SchoolOur JOURNEY kids will have a great curriculum during the month of March. The theme is Survival Kit and lessons will highlight the following:• Week 1 - Magnifying Glass (God watches over you)• Week 2 - Compass (Bible is our map & Jesus is our compass) • Week 3 - Whistle (The Holy Spirit is our Whistle Blower)• Week 4 - Poncho (God will protect you)

JOURNEY Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:30

NLLC members will given priority to claim vendor spots until March 5, after which time vendor availability will be opened up to the public. Cost is $30 per table. Vendors will be limited to one product brand to ensure variety and will be selected on a ‘first

come, first serve’ basis. Application forms are available in the back of the worship area.
