The 2018 Transplant Games of America in Salt Lake City, Utah brought 8,000 people, from the United States, Brazil, Australia and India, together to compete, share stories, support one another, but most importantly to learn, understand and SEE how impactful the gift of life truly is. In addition to organ transplant recipients, tissue, cornea, bone marrow recipients and living donors, the Games also honor and celebrate donor families, medical professionals and supporters. Building on the success of the 2018 Games, the Transplant Life Foundation and the Meadowlands Local Organizing Committee are poised to make the 2020 Donate Life Transplant Games the biggest and best ever. More than 12,000 people are expected to attend the six-day multi-sport festival, July 16-21, 2021, recognizing the success of donation and transplantation and honoring the generosity of donors and their families. With the 2020 Donate Life Transplant Games located at the epicenter of the East Coast, the Games will provide a larger national audience to share our mission: to promote and educate the public on the amazing transformative impact of donation and transplantation, and to encourage all individuals to register on national and state donor registries.
