Installation should be in accordance with current Electrical Engineering codes of practice for the UK and in line with the UK wiring regulations BS 7671. Following installation and testing, this leaflet should be kept with the Panelboard for maintenance purposes. These notes are provided on the basis that the Panelboard must be disconnected from the electrical supply before any work is carried out. To aid installation, door can be removed via lift-off hinges. The Copper connectors that link the incoming MCCB to the main busbars are supplied fitted to the busbars. These are made-up from two laminations of copper. Remove connectors to fit incoming device. Note orientation for re-assembly.

Tighten the Screws to mount the MCCB on the bus bar Mounting PlateNote: 3 Pole & Single Pole MCCB can be connected anywhere with the bus bar as shown. Position the MCCB such that the PUSH TO TRIP button should face towards the bus bar assembly.

Fix CT to Pan assembly with screws provided.

Factory fitted arrangement of Neutral assembly for 3 pole MCCB option a. Un-mount Neutral assembly (1,2,5) through component 5 screwsb. Reposition item 5 as shown for 4P neutral linkc. Reposition item 1 as shownd. Connect 4th Pole of MCCB to Neutral assembly with items 3, 4 (Supplied with 4P MCCB)
