NEW GUI (New Channel Numbering)• To enhance customer experience in navigating all

of HyppTV products.• To improve content categorization due to

additional channel launch.Objective

• This New GUI will effect existing and new UniFi subscribers.• HyppTV will enable New GUI with commercial data for

customer staring 24th March 2013.• 27th March 2013 all UniFi subscribers will start using the new

channel numbering. Implementation

• This New GUI requires an upgrade of the Set-Top-Box firmware which will be target complete on 29th March 2013.Requirement

What’s in it for the UniFi subscribers? Subscribers will enjoy more value for what they pay and more content comparing if they were to purchase the premium channels individually on ala carte basis.

Campaign objectives: 1. To increase the number of HyppTV subscribers of premium channels.2. To boost the viewership of HyppTV’s premium channels.

Downgrade Fee - RM 10 in certain cases Early Termination Charge – Package price X remaining month Swapping Fee – RM 5 in certain cases.

Pricing Rules

• For new subscribers, the subscription to the pack will commence immediately after the end of the Premium Channel free viewing period provided that the new Subscriber has opted the premium channels during free viewing period.

• For existing subscribers, the subscription to the pack will commence from 1st Opt-in date by Subscriber for a period of 12 months.
