• The installed flooring should be grooved at the joints mechanically or manually in an adequate depth and width. Any contamination should be removed.

• Welding should be made either by an automatic (self-travelling) or manual welding machine.The recommended temperature is 300°C, but, in order to set the optimal/ideal temperature and speed, test welding should be made in all cases.

• When applying round-diameter welding rod, the surplus, after the weld seam is cooled off, should be removed in 2 steps: first cut the cord into half by the help of a stripping skate and a quartermoon-knife. Then, after total cooling off, cut the balance flat by a quartermoon knife.

• Az elkészült padlóburkolót az illesztéseknél gépi vagy kézi fugamaróval megfelelő mély-ségben és szélessében kimarjuk, és a fugát az esetleges szennyeződésektől megtisztítjuk.

• A hegesztést végezhetjük automata önjáró vagy kézi hegesztő készülékkel. A beállítandó hőmérséklet kb. 300°C, azoban az optimális hőfok és sebesség megállapításához minden esetben próbahegesztést kell végezni.

• Kör keresztmetszetű GraboWeld felhaszná-lása esetén a felesleges zsinórt a hegesztési varrat kihűlését követően, két lépésben távo-lítjuk el: először letoló szán és „negyedhold” kés segítségével a zsinórt félbevágjuk, majd a teljes kihűlést követően „negyedhold” késsel végezzük a síkba vágást.

inform costumers, draw attention to possibile dangers or

marked out places.

• A Graboplast járműipari padló kínálatában olyan kiegé-

szítő termékek találhatók, amellyekkel a padlóburkolón

közölhetünk információt, vagy kijelölhetünk területeket,

illetve felhívhatjuk az utazó közönség figyelmét lehetséges

veszélyekre.
