About this document
This document describes the main new functionality in the Webforum 15.1 release.
It contains new functionality in all the different Webforum services, i.e. Teamwork,
Project and Professional. This means that not all customers have access to all the
functionality described here.
If you are interested in getting access to functionality that you currently do not
have, please contact Webforum or a Webforum partner.

Documents
New versions of the document viewers with support for tablets
Both document viewers used in the system have been upgraded. They now use
HTML5 which means that they are supported on all modern browsers. It is also
possible to use them on tablets.
Document annotations in viewer
It is now possible to create private comment (annotations) to documents when you
use the document viewers. The comments are stored in the system.
Copy documents to another workspace
Users that have access to more than one workspace can now copy a document on
one workspace and paste it to another. It is no longer necessary to download the
document to your computer.
Export of document URLs
It is now possible to choose URL when exporting metadata for documents. A
column with links to all document in the export will be included.

Project Management
New tab structure for project plans
The project plan related tabs, i.e. Planning, Activity Details, Resource Allocation
and Budget and Control, are now vertical tabs under the common tab Planning.

The project planning tabs are now vertical tabs, under a common horizontal
planning tab
Mass update of project attributes
Project attributes can be updated for many projects at the same time. Select the
projects that should be updated. Click on the pen icon in the toolbar. The mass
change dialog opens. Make the changes and save.

Project Office
Charts in project office
You can view the projects in the grid or as charts. The charts can be viewed as
summary charts or bubbles.
Display modes
Summary charts
The user can choose which parameter the chart should be based on. It is also
possible to group on a second parameter. The chart can be displayed with several
chart types, e.g. column, bar, pie.

Bubble charts
The user can choose which parameter the chart should be based on. Values for the
x-axis and y-axis are mandatory. You can define which parameter that should be
used for the bubble size. You can also optionally group on one additonal parameter.

Issue management
Free text search in issues
Now there is a free text search option in the issue list. This means that you can
search for a text such as “test” and all issues with test in the searched fields will be
listed.

Issue number (only exact matches. If search on "15", issue #15 will be
listed, but not issue #150 or #115.)

The content in the column is an icon and also information about the number of
comments on each issue. Click on the icon opens a dialog box with the comments.
The comments are included in the Excel export.

Public issue web forms
The web forms can now be published on external web pages. Fields that contain
user related information are not allowed to be included.
Manually set back issue status to “New”
It is now possible to manually set the issue status to “New”.
Enhanced control of issue notification e-mail distribution
Parameters for control of when an e-mail notification should be sent to a user have
been introduced. There are separate parameters for assignment notifications and
issue update notifications.
The first level setup is performed in System Options in the Admin tab.
For each of the parameters, the administrator can choose Always, User defined and
Never.
If the parameter value User defined has been selected, then each user has the
possibility to make an individual setup in the My Profile page. Send notifications is
the default value.

E-mailed issues are stored in the e-mail archive
Issues sent by e-mail are now saved in the e-mail archive. Click on the message
opens the details page.

Reports
Changed tab order in reports
The tab “Analysis” has changed name to “Analysis (previous version)” and is now
positioned as the rightmost tab. The tab is only displayed if there are previously
saved reports.
The tab Analysis Beta has changed name to Analysis and is now positioned as the
leftmost tab.
The tabs Views and Views Admin are new, more information below.
Tabs
Report views (dashboard)
An administrator can flexibly create report views (dashboard) of project-related
data. Data can be displayed and filtered summed across all projects in the
workspace.
Any number of views can be defined. Each view can have 1-4 rows and each row
may have 1-3 columns. In each cell of the view matrix, individual reports are
created. Reports can be of type graphic or data matrix. The views can be added in
any order. The same configuration options are available for these reports as for the
tabs Analysis and Charts.

Additional calendar attributes
Another three calendar attributes have been included in the calendar dimension:
Quarter, Month and Week. It is now for instance possible to set “Year” as rows and
“Month” as columns as in the example below.

utilization data based on booking status.
