Frequently Asked Questions

Should I bring my own coffee?We’ve got you covered! Coffee and supplies are provided for you to make coffee for your event.

Can I bring in outside food and drinks?Yes! Outside food and beverage catering is acceptable, however pre-approval is required for the use of alcohol.

What’s included with a room rental?Both rooms are well equipped and include an overhead LCD projector, audio system, a Windows laptop, wireless mouse and keyboard. The education center also includes a podium, and an elevated stage with a large whiteboard. Easels and other accessories are available upon request.

Am I responsible for cleanup?All trash should be collected in the receptacles provided and the room should be returned to its original configuration at the conclusion of the event.
