UPGRADED PURCHASING SYSTEM■ CPW is transitioning to a new integrated

purchasing system in early Jan.■ The new system will sell all CPW products,

including licenses, park passes and state park camping reservations.

■ The current purchasing system will be down starting the week of Jan. 1, in order to transfer previous customer data into the new system.

LIMITED LICENSE APPLICATIONS ONLINE/BY PHONE■ Starting in 2018, all resident and nonresident

applications for all big game (including sheep and goat) and turkey will only be accepted on-line or by phone: 1-800-244-5613

■ Hunters must set up their profile/account in the new purchasing system before applying for a license online.

■ Paper applications are no longer available.

EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD REQUIRED■ Every hunter, including youth, will need both

a unique email address and password to apply and/or purchase online.

■ Existing CPW license holders should use their Customer Identification number (CID #) (from a previous CPW license), their birthdate and a unique identifier (like a driver's license and/or passport) to look up their previous CPW record.

■ Existing Reserve America and Colorado camp-ing customers can use their existing email and password to pull up their previous CPW record.

■ New CPW customers will need to set up a new profile, entering their contact and identification information the first time they use the system.

■ Families or hunting groups currently using the same email address will need to establish unique emails for each hunter.

GROUP APPLICATIONS■ The group leader must apply and complete their

application prior to the other group members submitting their applications (see the group hunt instructions online).

current.■ View your applications and purchase history.■ Check your preference points and draw results.■ Update your applications until the application

deadline.
