Join us Tuesday, August 30th for our Client Appreciation Social which will be held at CooperSmith’s Pub (pool side), located in downtown Fort Collins. We are providing a shuttle service to and from the restaurant. The shuttles depart the Embassy Suites parking lot at 6:00pm and 6:10pm. The first shuttle departing from CooperSmith’s begins at 7:30pm and will loop until 10:00pm.

TRACK DESCRIPTIONS GENERAL SESSION

Strategic Direction for New Century Software New Century Software has been a mainstay in the Oil & Gas Pipeline Industry for over 15 years, providing leading Integrity Management solutions for pipeline operators. We’ll share our current and evolving products, technology, and processes for; alignment, planning, and input from our customers.

TRACK 1

Pipeline Integration into SAP Highlight of existing processes and how Devon plans to leverage PODS into the SAP Model. This will include; workflow management of pipeline maintenance activities, asset hierarchy, data acquisition and storage, life cycle of assets.

Facility Manager Tips & Tricks This presentation will demonstrate some tips and tricks to allow you to review your PODS data a little easier. In addition, we will review the new Hierarchy Manager tool available in the 4.5 release.

Product Demo: Centerline Design Toolkit Have you ever thought something was missing when working with ArcGIS Desktop and Linear Referencing Systems? This is session for you. Centerline Design Toolkit is designed to fill the gaps. We will simplify the tasks of generating measured polylines, generating events, profile and routing notes on the polylines and interactively use your linear referenced data.

Roundtable: How the New Century Direction Aligns with Your Company Direction New Century Software is focused on innovation and a market driven approach to providing best in class products and services. This discussion focuses on common objectives, industry trends, and compliance requirements for product development, work process, and scheduling of resources. Our goal is to provide leading project management and effective interaction with client teams, and to meet milestone and schedule demands. We provide in-house and custom client training for continuous improvement – for optimal alignment on many axes.

Sneak Peek: Assessment Manager This session will include a sneak peek at a new application in the works – Assessment Manager. Using Silverlight and Crystal Reports technologies, this application will help operators manage both baseline and continual integrity assessment requirements for hazardous liquid and natural gas pipelines.

NuStar Energy L.P.,Integrity Profile Sheets: “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” With support from our IS department and SheetCutter, software we were able to create a comprehensive integrity data sheet to be used in our integrity management program. We’ll discuss some of the challenges and unique solutions that we implemented that may be beneficial to other users.

SheetCutter Tips & Tricks I have two words for you…Easement Band! That’s right folks, and we’re not talking AutoCAD. Whether you’re a greenhorn or a seasoned SheetCutter veteran this session will humble you. The grand master will wow you with no less than six mind blowing feats of SheetCutter mastery.

Connect the Field to Your GIS in a Disconnected Manner This presentation will demonstrate how you can take an offline GIS tool to connect your field crew to the GIS without the need for internet.

Geometric Networks and Pipeline HCA and Class Location Analysis In this session we explore new technology to manage a Geometric Network in real time alongside your pipeline GIS. When your pipeline moves or changes, the network will stay in sink. In addition, we will show how this Geometric Network can be useful when performing analysis on your pipeline system.
