Rostrevor College is constantly on the lookout for new ways to make your interactions

with school more convenient. That’s why we’ve engaged with Flexischools, Australia’s

leading school payment system, to provide a new cashless way for you to pay for

school services.

Stay in control of your students’ on-campus spending with the Flexischools cashless card system… Sending your student to school with loose change is old school! Flexischools cashless card system links a students’ existing school ID card to their Flexischools account, allowing them to purchase securely on the school grounds without the need for cash.

• Parents set up a Flexischools account online and pre-load the account with funds.

• Students make purchases at the tuckshop by scanning their card at the cash register. Get Started with Flexischools… Set up cashless card… This is step by step: How to Register with Flexischools Step 1: Go to www.flexischools.com.au Click the Register button Step 2: Enter an email address You will receive an email confirmation with a link to the registration page Step 3: Follow the link from your email and complete the form and press submit. Your connection to the school is as a parent, so you would choose the ‘I am a Parent’ option Step 4: Add a Student

Click on ‘add a student.’ The first step is to search for and select Rostrevor College. Enter Rostrevor College into the box and click the search button, then select Rostrevor College from the list. Once you select Rostrevor College, enter the student details and under Student class select your child’s year level. Click the add student button. Step 5: Add the student ID card by selecting ‘I do want to link a card to the system’. Enter the number from your child’s student ID card and click ‘save’. How to top up your account to pay for Canteen through Flexischools There are numerous links on the My Account tab to top up your account including by credit

card, direct deposit or PayPal.

STEP 1: Register for Flexischools *Add your student, their year level and link an ID card to get started.

STEP 3: Add Daily Spend Limit*Limit access to your Flexischools funds by adding a daily spend limit per student.

STEP 2: Top-Up your Account*Choose from Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct deposit. Auto top-ups ensure available funds.

STEP 4: Student Pays with ID Card*Funds are debited from your Flexischools balance to make on-campus purchases. There is no need to transfer funds to the card.
