Call Tracker for bpm’online CRMThis is exactly what you need to work effectively
with Contacts/Leads. The main function is to add
calls to bpm’online directly from your mobile phone.
All information about call (number, name of the
contact, duration and other additional info) will be
added to your CRM at the end of the call. It is also
possible to save the recorded call to Google Drive.

How it works: 1. Navigation BarHere you can choose the section you want to work with.
How it works: 2. Call logsAll the incoming and outgoing calls are shown here. If you click on any call, the new window is opened.
How it works: 3. Add call logClicking on the search icon you can find the existed in your CRM Lead/Contact.
Clicking on the add icon you can add new Lead/Contact to your CRM.
How it works: 4. Add your activities
Here you can plan a call or a task, choose the date and time when it has to be done, add the description and save the data.
How it works: 5. Rules
After you receive a call you choose what to do with a number. After that the number with the chosen action is saved to Rules where you can always edit the preferences by clicking the number or delete it by clicking on trash bin.
How it works: 6. ConfigurationHere you can login to your CRM and fill in all the necessary information.
Then you can set up how to save calls into your CRM. If you choose always ask the app pops up the request after each call.
How it works: 7. Check for subscription/BuyClicking on Check for subscription you can see whether you have got available subscription. If you haven`t you can choose the period during which you would like to use the application.
