What types of application processes are available at Foresters?– iPipeline iGo E-application: This option can be used for both non-medical1 and
medically underwritten cases in all states for the following products:• Term2

iPipeline iGo e-App process
What do you need to know?– e-App is available on the iPipeline iGO e-App platform using Internet Explorer (desktop/
laptop) or Safari (Apple iPad®only). Foresters does not support Chrome or Firefox – You and your client each need separate email addresses so your client can receive the
point-of-sale forms – e-App fields highlighted in yellow indicate required information necessary to submit an
“In Good Order” application – The system automatically loads all required forms, including state specific requirements
and questionnaires. Note: Other questionnaires may be required based on a underwriting review, once the e-App is at Foresters
– The Owner/Insured/Payor may be different individuals with some restrictions:• Payor or Owner cannot be a Trust or Corporation• Payor must be an account holder of the bank account that premiums are drafted
from

Paper application process
What do you need to know?‒ All pages of the application must be
completed and submitted. Any changes on the application must be initialed by both producer and owner with a new signed signature page with the current date
– Application with the following information missing cannot be processed and results in delays:
• Product details page not fully completed
• Social Security and/or Date of Birth of the insured is not provided or incorrect
• Place of signing not specified
– Applications can be submitted via:• SecureDocs: This is a third-party,
web-based document transfer service. It’s a safe, secure and easy-to-use solution for the instant transfer of documents online in real time 24/7, without having to use mail, couriers or a traditional fax machine.

What should you know about SecureDocs?
What are some benefits of SecureDocs?– More secure method of transmitting
important sensitive information containing client’s personal data
– Immediate confirmation number provided confirming receipt. No need to follow-up to confirm if the document has been received
– Forms submitted through SecureDocs are uploaded to the certificate file within 24 hours, resulting in a quicker review and reduced cycle times
What documents may be submitted via SecureDocs?– Applications– Revised application pages– Illustrations– Questionnaires– Replacement forms– Disclosure forms– Statement of policy costs– Settling delivery requirements– Other supporting documents

Point of Sale process for PlanRight
What do you need to know?– Offers a simplified application and underwriting review process as follows:
• Pre-screen the client for eligibility by completing the PlanRight application
• If the client qualifies for coverage, based on the medical questions, sign & date the application (Note: The application date and the Personal Health Interview (PHI) date must be the same)The producer must be physically present with the client to complete
the application and conduct the Apptical interview• Once the application is completed, have the client call Apptical at
866-844-9276Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m.–2:00 a.m. ETSaturday to Sunday: 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. ET

Point of Sale process for PlanRight
• Apptical conducts a person health interview (PHI) with the client, which typically last approximately 12 minutes. The completed PHI is valid for 45 days after completion
• On-the-spot decision (medically eligible or not eligible to apply) may be provided based on factors including:Application answersBuildPersonal Health Interview (PHI) phone interviewMIB and Prescription History Check will be performed on all apps
• Collect check or Pre-Authorized Check (PAC) information and submit application
• Regardless of the decision, all applications must be submitted to Foresters as signed authorization is required for MIB and IntelliScriptsearches

Certificate delivery and delivery requirements
All certificates are mailed via Priority Mail usually within 48 hours of issue
Certificates qualify for mail to Owner if issued as applied for and no delivery requirements− All other certificates (i.e. those with delivery requirements) are mailed to the
producer for delivery
Commissions released at issue except when the following are outstanding:– Amendment– Cash On Delivery (COD) or authorization to draw PAC– Declaration of Continued Insurability (DCI)– Illustration (only required if direct to producer, or if correct illustration needed or
Illustration Certification form not submitted)

What does certificate details application provide:– Access all pending, active, inforce and terminated certificates easily, from one
system-in real-time 24/7! – Find pending New Business requirements quickly– Obtain current values and certificate transactions– Produce a Certificate Details Statement that displays current values – Easily find your business (pending and inforce) issued since January 1st 2009 – Access a variety of documents associated with a certificate– Export Certificate Details and Contact information into a csv file for a
consolidated view of their business

How to utilize the certificate details application?– Within ezbiz, select the Certificate Details link under the My Biz draw to
launch the application

– Once the certificate details application loads, all certificates associated with your producer code will be displayed. To narrow results utilize the following search filters:
• Certificate number• Certificate category• Personal business• Insured first name
• Insured last name• Producer first name• Producer last name• Producer number

– The certificate details search results will display in a list view. Each row will display a client’s certificate number, insured’s name, certificate status, product type and description, effective date, paid to date, producer number and producer name
