LANDLORD’S OBLIGATIONS

To deliver and maintain the premises and any chattels clean, in a good state of repair, and fit for habitation;

To comply with all health, safety, housing and building standards and any other legal requirement respecting the premises ;

To keep all common areas in a clean and safe condition.

TENANT’S OBLIGATIONS

Pay Rent

To maintain ordinary cleanliness of premises and any chattels provided

To repair within a reasonable time any willful or negligent damage to the premises or any chattel supplied by the landlord

To conduct himself/herself and require his/her guests to conduct themselves in a manner that will not cause a disturbance or nuisance
