Exhibits are Key Driver for Attendance
• 75% of attendees say visiting the Exhibit Hall to meet with specific companies and evaluate products for future purchase is the main reason they attend the Annual Meeting.
• 20% of attendees say they spend more than 5 hours in the Exhibit Hall.
• 58% of attendees spend more than 3 hours in the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibit Hall Traffic Builder
• Attendees were given a $10 lunch voucher that could be used in food outlets in the convention center on show days.
• 5,320 lunch vouchers were used during the show.
• Based on lead retrieval data, we saw spikes in traffic during the lunch hour in 2011, as compared to 2010 where there were marked declines.

• Location: Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) • Meeting Theme: Advancing Patient Care through Innovation
• Education and scientific program has been shortened and will not include sessions on Thursday. New session schedule is:
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. • 2012 Exhibit Hall Schedule will remain the same as in 2011. Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

2012 Exhibit Rates
Booth rates remains the same in 2012.
Space: $32 per square foot
$20 per square foot for second levels
Corner: Additional $500 per corner
Size: Minimum booth size of 10 foot by 10 foot

Booth Space Discount
Companies that utilized the ASTRO Exhibitor Housing Center in 2011 will receive a 7 percent
discount off of the 2012 space rate, reducing the rate from $32 per square foot to:
$29.76 per square foot.
A minimum of one room per every 100 square feet of exhibit space must have been secured via the ASTRO exhibitor housing
room blocks.

Changes to Priority Points for 2013
• Increased point earnings for booth size from 1 point for every $3,200 spent to 2 points for every $3,200 spent.
• New point earning opportunity with partner advertising in the Red Journal, PRO or RO MarketPlace.
• Abbreviated priority point earning cycle for 2013: January 1, 2012 - July 31, 2012.
• Priority point cycle will once again be on a yearly schedule for 2014: August 1, 2012 - July 31, 2013.

2013 On-site Booth Space Selection Process
• Booth space selection for the 2013 Annual Meeting will take place on-site in Boston. • You will be sent your company’s specific appointment time in October 2012. • Anyone from your company who is involved in the selection of your company’s
booth space is welcome to participate. • You will have until December 7, 2012, to provide a 50 percent booth deposit. • You may cancel or reduce your booth space without any obligation if written
notification is received on or before December 7, 2012. If notification is not received by this date, you will be responsible for the booth space selected.
