Demand Planning High-Level Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a “consensus” depletion forecast that Supply Chain can execute against (brewery orders, planned shipments, etc.) Based on feedback from Sales divisions, Pricing

group, wholesalers and Supply Chain Focus on forecast horizons that are in-line with

the lead-times from our breweries (1-4 months out)

Continuously track forecast error, set and monitor accuracy goals, and identify opportunities to improve the forecasting process
