The PropertyThe Fermont property consists of 341 claims covering an area of 175 km2
strategically located in the southern Labrador Trough, in northeastern Quebec
The claims comprise two major blocks:
Fermont Block: 277 claims covering an area of 142 km2 located directly between Focus Graphite’s Lac Knife 16% carbon grade medium and large flake crystalline graphite deposit (close to 5M tonnes in the Indicated Category) andStandard Graphite’s Carheil property
Fire Lake Block: 64 claims covering an area of 33 km2 contiguous to, or proximal to, major iron ore producers ArcelorMittal Mines Canada and Cliffs Natural Resources

Results Results of the TDEM helicopter-borne survey indicate that the Fermont Block has excellent exploration potential, having identified more than 20 potential structures ranging in length from 600 m to 5 km
Only two of these structures have been tested by drilling, over a distance of barely 200 m
All four drill holes intersected good-sized intervals and multiple high graphite grades of up to 15.44% Cgr over 6.35 m

SUMMARY
Highlights
NEVADO owns 100% of strategic metal deposits and potential world-class deposits in Northern Quebec:
- La Blache property, which hosts the Farrell-Taylor titanium-vanadium-iron ore deposit, which includes a resource of over 100 million tonnes, 3x as much as Argex (RGX)
- Fermont property, which includes a large graphite property adjacent to Focus Graphite’s 5 million tonnes Lac Knife deposit, which hosts “the best grade of flake graphite in the world”
Next steps could include efforts to conclude offtake agreements and drilling to increase resources
Corporate strategy to unlock the best value from these strategic assets for the benefit of NEVADO’s shareholders
