UNIT HISTORYThe CLPC Unit was activated on 01 October 1957 pursuant to GO Nr 26, GHQ, AFP dtd 01 JUNE 1957. The unit was paced under the supervision and control of the 1st military Area (1MA) based at Camp Servillano Aquino Tarlac.On 01 February 1970, the unit was under the supervision and control of the Home Defense Affairs Unit, 1st Infantry (TABAK) Division at fort Magsaysay, Palayan City.Finally, when ARESCOM was activated on June 1992, The NEUST ROTC Unit then CLPC ROTC UNIT was placed under the control and supervision of the 301st (NE) Community Defense Center, 3RCDG, ARESCOM, stationed at Camp Tinio, Cabanatuan CityFrom 1957 to date, the NEUST ROTC Unit had fifty four(54) Post ROTC Commands. Likewise the unit had produced sixty nine(69) post Commander wherein many of them were commissioned in the Reserved Force, AFP and some are in the active military service

Hero ParkWhere Heneral Natividad, Heneral Tinio and other hero of Nueva Ecija where has a statue.the park was also the flag ceremony were held every Monday. This Building is serve as the p.e room of criminology.

ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

This infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose of establishing offices engaged in administrative functions and services. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in October, 2007 and completed in July, 2010.

INFIRMARY AND OFFICE OF STUDENTS AFFAIR

This infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for purpose establishing a building which will serve as its clinic and as an additional laboratory facility for the students enrolled at the College of Nursing. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in May, 2012 and completed in February, 2013.

UNIVERSITY CYBER CENTER (UCC)UNIVERSITY CYBER CENTER (UCC)This infrastructure was located at the side of the College of Education building which has a computers for the fast learning of the students.

OJT / JOURNAL OFFICES BUILDINGOJT/Journal Offices BuildingThis infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose of establishing an office for the On the Job Training Program and University student publications. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in July, 2012 and completed in November, 2012.

UNIVERSITY STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICE

UNIVERSITY FOOD COURTThis infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of regents for the purpose of establishing a venue where students at the Main (Sumacab) Campus can buy and eat their snacks and meals. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in May, 2012 and completed in August.

TRAINING CENTER (NIETO HALL)This infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose of establishing a building where farmers can conduct trainings and seminars. The department of Agrarian Reform thru Undersecretary Narcisiso Nieto donated the budget for its construction. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and Construction started in February, 2010 and completed in January, 2011.

The infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for purpose of establishing a venue for the College of Education students majoring in PE and for use by the faculty and non teaching personnel who are interested in physical fitness and aerobics programs. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in August, 2010 and completed in February, 2011.

COVERED WALK/PATHWAYThis infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose of providing the students, faculty and staff a covered pedestrian lane where they will be protected from the heat of the sun or getting wet every time it rains while walking towards their classrooms or offices. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in June, 2011 and completed in January, 2013.

COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTUREThe infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose of establishing for the students pursuing BS in architecture. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in June, 2006 and competed in November, 2012.

COLLEGE OF CRIMINOLOGY

Criminology Laboratory Building This infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose of providing a laboratory for the conduction of experiments, scientific investigations and other studies for students taking up BS in Criminology. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in May, 2012 and completed in March, 2013.

College Criminology of Building This infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose a building for BS in Criminology. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in August, 2008 and completed September, 2009.

HOTEL AND RESTURANT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING This infrastructure development project was conceived and approved by the Board of Regents for the purpose as laboratory of HRM Students as an income generating project for the institution. It was constructed under the leadership of President Hilario C. Ortiz and construction started in September,2010 and completed February,2012.

GoalsAs a center of development and excellence in teacher education and globally:

This infrastructure that on going is the food court phase II. Located near at the close and open gym and back of the University Student Government Office.

The three court was in the oval and can seen over the grandstand is composed of three courts where in basket ball court is in the middle and volleyball court is at the both side.COURT

This infrastructure is called grandstand located at the side of oval, serve as the bench for watching in oval.

This infrastructure is dedicated for the advancement of research and development along the areas of science and technology which is one of the mandates of the University.This building was constructed through the university income as approved by the NEUST Board of Regents during the incumbency of President Hilario C. Ortiz.In grateful acknowledgement of President Ortiz effort to make the University Excel along the areas of research and technology, this edifice, will henceforth, be called PRESIDENT HILARIO C. ORTIZ HALL
