Intended Audience:The intended audience for this conference includes primarycare physicians and specialists in emergency medicine, neurology, and neurosurgery. Residents, fellows, physicianassistants, advanced practice nurses, nurses, radiology technicians, and other physicians with an educational needor interest in this topic may also attend.

Overall Learner Objectives:The 5th Annual South Jersey Neurovascular and StrokeSymposium will serve to build on improving the care of strokeand neurovascular patients in the region. The symposium willfeature topics presented by specialists in the management ofneurovascular patients in both emergent and non-emergentsettings. Topics will include best practices utilized across thenation to reduce door-to-needle times, improve patient out-comes, and improve patient and general medical providerrecognition of neurovascular emergencies. Discussions will also be held regarding new guidelinesreleased by the American Heart Association and the AmericanStroke Association. Other sessions include case reviews, newtrends in stroke and intracranial hemorrhage management,artificial intelligence in medicine, and ICU care of patients.Participants will leave with a greater understanding of thecomplex nature of neurovascular patients, and what thefuture may hold for this dynamic field of medicine.
