Neuroendoscopy Fellowship Programme Department of Neurosurgery, NSCB Govt. Medical College Jabalpur, MP, India Important Information’s Neuroendoscopy fellowship is conducted twice in a year in the month of March and September. Its purely on first come first serve basis. Request to be sent by email to [email protected], [email protected] Fee for fellows: Rs. 35,000=00 (Thirty five thousand Indian rupees only) for Indian fellows. 1000=00 US dollars for foreign Nationals Fee for observers: Rs. 15,000=00 (Fifteen thousand Indian rupees only) for Indian fellow. 700=00 US dollars for foreign Nationals Note: Fellowship Fee includes live surgeries, practice on models & hands on cadaveric dissection. Observers fee includes live surgeries, practice on models. There are no hands on cadaveric dissection for observers. Refund policy: 75% refund of fee if cancellation is done 1 month prior to beginning of fellowship program, no refund after this. Method of payment No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by cheques, bank drafts in favor of Neuro update Jabalpur. Money can be directly transferred to SBI (State Bank of India), account number 30336346309, Branch Medical college Jabalpur. BIC / SWIFT code= SBININBB250, IFS code= SBIN0001445 Note incase of online transfer please intimate the reference by email as early as possible Accommodation: Fellows will have to make arrangement of their stay Limited accommodations on twin sharing basis are available in Medical College guest house on payment on first come first serve basis. Confirmation of accommodation depends upon availability of rooms and resources. Meals: Fellows will have to make arrangement of their meals. Only working lunch will be provided.
