About Network Ireland

Network Ireland is a progressive dynamic organisation for women in Business, the Professions, Industry, Trades, Government Departments and the Arts.Formed in 1983, the organisation has developed both a reputation and a quality distribution system for ideas and information.Today Network Ireland has grown to comprise 8 branches around the country with over 400 Businesses Nationwide. Branches include Dublin, Louth/Meath, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary North, Kildare, Galway and Mayo.

Our Members

Our members are made up of self-employed female entrepreneurs, female employees working across various sectors and women in the arts. Some of the sectors represented are:Law, Accountancy, Estate Agency, Retail, Milliners, PR, IT, Hospitality, Food Production, Marketing, Media etc

Annual Events

Each local branch holds a monthly event covering motivational speakers, business workshops, training courses, social events, networking opportunities and Business Women of the Year Awards.

Network Ireland holds 2 national events each year which are attended by both members and visitors. These events are:

1. Business & Networking Event – International Women’s Day, March

2. National Conference & Awards – Sept/Oct

2012 Annual Events

Network Ireland held it’s Annual National Conference & Awards in the d Hotel in Drogheda, Co. Louth on 28th September, 2012. The conference was very well attended and had a fantastic variety of speakers including Orlaith Carmody who dealt with the topic of pitching and presentations .

The black tie gala dinner and awards was hosted by TV3’s Sybil Mulcahy. The judges of the Business Women of the Year Awards were in attendance to present the awards on the night.Drogheda TV were on hand to record the event and the Sunday Business Post was the media partner for the event.

Sponsorship for this event was provided by Louth County Enterprise Board, Enterprise Ireland and other local businesses.
