The aim of the project is, to add another dimension to it, by developing a collection of outfits that actually can be used as ‚musical instruments‘ somehow. The garments will be designed in respect of the sound they produce. The fabrication and accessories will depend on colour and texture as well as on sound and noise. The project is accompanied by a short video clip of a performance ending up in a percussion piece. The sound is mainly produced by the mechanical constitution of the garment and picked up as it is, without modulating it by effects.
