Netoptic is first of all a family saga.
Netoptic is also the story of a fabulous business adventure that gave birth to the brands Kinto, Malt, Akarti and Top Vision.
Finally, Netoptic is the tale of a passion. The passion that prompted Celso Viejo and his daughter Johanna to design and manufacture fashionable eyewear that are comfortable and wearable, slender and light, high-quality fashion accessories created to meet a real customer demand.

In the Netoptic workshops, each of the around 300 manufacturing stages that go into a pair of glasses is the fruit of 40 years of expertise honed in the field of ergonomics, comfort and adaptability.
For the team, manufacturing eyewear is unthinkable without working hand in hand with the optician, without a daily dialogue. It is thanks to the feedback, information, criticism and creativity of each customer that Netoptic can propose quality products. The company owes its success to them.

It was in 1974 that Celso Viejo first turned his sights towards eyewear and founded the company Netoptic. From his small workshop in Brussels, he created cleaning products, now known as Top Vision.
At the time, Netoptic also distributed several brands across Belgium.
1974
1978Official launch of the Kinto eyewear brand.
1993The year 1993 was synonymous with growth. The Netoptic offices moved to new premises and the company pursued its development.
2003The offices are too small and the company moves again. It sets up its operations in the building that has become its current headquarters, on the outskirts of Brussels.
2012Johanna Viejo takes over the reins of the Kinto collection.
2012 is the year Netoptic chooses to launch the Yko by Kinto range, Kinto’s little sister.
This mischievous little brand is earmarked for younger customers.
2016Netoptic moves into exports, opens up new markets and boosts its team.
2013Official launch of the Malt eyewear brand.
Born in 1978 from the idea of creating unforgettable eyewear, Kinto becomes a brand with a strong personality, with slender and ergonomic lines.
Kinto adopts the latests big trends and legendary shapes to make them accessible.

This new take on the iconic pantos is slender and trimmed with a collage of hand-brushed acetate. This gives a rough finish that combines the sweetness of honey with the patina of blue stone.
Kinto’s vintage range may be a modern adventure but one prompted by an urge to go back to our roots, as the technical innovations of our workshops carry all the hallmarks of the shapes and materials of the brand’s legendary models.

Netoptic is a manufacturer of cleaning products for lenses and frames since the 1970s.
The Top Vision product is an efficient degreasing agent that respects the surface treatments. It is resistant and delicately perfumed. It deposits a protective film on the lenses and frame.
