Customer Module is customer web portal which enable service provider’s customer monitor and generate report for rented circuits.

MPLS Module manage MPLS network including Fault / Performance / Configuration management and support MPLS VPN service provisioning from PE down to Access Switch.

QoS Module enable user to see QoS class traffic and support QoS policy provisioning (Classification/Policing/Marking).

IP SLA Module enable user to see end-to-end network performance for response time, availability, packet lost, latency, jitter, MOS and ICPIF by using Cisco device as probe.

NetFlow Module is NetFlow Collector / Analyzer / Reporter includes dashboard and various reports. The module support NetFlow version 5, 9 (RFC 3954), sFlow (RFC 3176) and support NetFlow Sampling. Reports include App/Source IP/Destination IP/Domain/AS/Organization/Country.

NetFlow Customer Module enable service provider to provide value added service to their customers for in-depth application reports and domestic/international traffic reports.

Visio Diagram Module enable user to see network status and utilization on Visio Diagram. User can click to see utilization, response time, packet lost and interface statistics.

Google Map Module enable user to see network connection status and utilization on Google Map according to network device location. User can click to see utilization, response time, packet lost and interface statistics.

Cisco ACS Module integrate with Cisco Secure Access Control Server to monitor authentication/authorization/accounting. The module include alerting for failed attempt network login.

DSLAM Module is universal broadband management software which support activating/deactivating ADSL or G.SHDSL service for multi-vendor DSLAM products including Zyxel, Allied Telesyn, Alcatel, Huawei, Siemens and Cisco.

Wireless AP Module enable user to monitor and manage wireless access point. User can track associated client, MAC address, signal strength, connected time, data rate, traffic.

Web Service Module enable other softwares to access database of NetkaView Network Manager via Web Service (SOAP protocol).
