Building up a complex VTL-Environment:Advantages and lessons learned
Logicare, founded in 2006, provides IT-Services for Hospitals. Logicare hasset-up an IT-Environment, which allows to integrate the IT-operations ofseveral hospitals in a flexible and cost efficient way. The trade off we facedwas: How to integrate the different IT-environments in order to achievesubstantial economies of scale and at the same time leave the hospitals asindependent as possible. Netapp's VTL solution helped Logicare to closethis gap. The presentation presents the deployed solution and explains thelessons learned.
