The network

Creating, animating, managing a network of stakeholders in Governance and Policy Modelling domains• Support users to use EU services and outline

The scopes

Put the user “at the center” of the definition new services (normal people, not only ICT and/or R&D involved ones)

Draft of the guidelines for innovative services. (the R&D requirements to be found here)

First attempt to validate scenarios for the user-centered services
