    With MDWT in place:

Oct - Nov indicated an up-trend.

Feel great as it is everybodys effort.

Dec KPI of TAT starts to indicate down-trend

Reason indicated low in resources and the time required

for implementation of 2 new methods.

This was clearly indicated on the Attendance chart.

    With MDWT in place:

    Strong spirit of cooperation:

    - E.g. Organization of the lab. by specialization createdmore cooperation and motivation within the team

    Problem-solving skill:

    - E.g. To increase FTQ and to reduce waste.

Silver analysis: low recovery due to interferences. The problem was solved by incorporating correction

equation. This experience was shared during MDWT meeting.

Team members final thoughtTeam members final thought

MDWT should not be defined only as

    Mission Directed Work Team.

It should be defined also as

    Man Directed Work Team

In the effort to achieve the common target/goal, it takes tobe generous in giving praises, a tap on the shoulder for agood job done.Be proactive, take initiative and open minded

It certainly takes each and everyones little effort to writea success story for NQAC SG.
