¶Guidelines
• Items may be checked out for two weeks at a time.
• Items may be renewed in two week increments or until requested by another
student.
• If you would like to borrow an item for more than two weeks, contact NEMO
AHEC before the original due date.
• There is a five dollar fee for each week an item is late.
• Patrons are responsible for the replacement costs of the items not returned within
thirty days.
• Delivery, pick-up, or shipping available on a case-by-case basis.
• Fill out the HOSA Library Checkout Form
• Send by mail, fax, or e-mail.
