OhNo! Nelson is In the prison!!! But… Why is he released??

Nelson was put in jail for 27 years. He was initially tried and sentenced to prison for encouraging black South Africans to go on strike and for illegally leaving South Africa. The National Party Gov. of South Africa under the leader- ship of President Frederick Williem de Klerk decided to release Nelson.

What did he do after he is been released?

Nelson was released from prison and he immediately got back to work – still for justice and equality for all South Africans.

In my opinion, Nelson is a great man because, no matter what happen, he

will still help his country(South Africa) without fail. He is a man that

doesn’t give up and care of his country.
