Situation:The Galleria Mall’s Neiman Marcus has a sanitary drain line that runs within its basement’s ceiling; originating from the neighboring commercial high-rise. The aged 10" diameter pipe experienced leaks, but the property manager did not want to fix it with a destructive, disruptive repipe.

Solution:Nu Flow technicians worked during weekends so there was not any plumbing disruptions for the tenants in the commercial high-rise. Using the Nu Main system, a Pull-in-Place structural liner was installed to cover all breaches in pipe. This created a new, protective, seamless pipe is now inside the host pipe.
