What We Want Versus What Happens

•90% of us believe that it’s important

to discuss end of life issues with your loved ones. Only 30% do.

•60% of us say that it extremely important that your family is not burdened by tough decisions.

•70% of us wish to die at home yet 70% of us die in a Nursing Home or hospital.
