It is intimated that the Annual Action Plan (AAP) for the next financial year i.e. 2016-17 is required to be prepared on district basis along with consolidated Annual Action Planfor the State as a whole. Accordingly, you are requested to submit Annual Action Plan(AAP) for the financial year 2016-17 district-wise as per enclosed Annexure-A and for theState as a whole as per Annexure-B. The Annual Action Plan (AAP) may be got approvedby the State Level Committee.

2. The State-wise tentative proposed allocation for the F.Y. 2016-17 is enclosedherewith as Annexure. The information, duly signed by competent authority, may befurnished on the email ID:-us.ofwm.mi@qmail.com
