DESCRIPTION

Cloud computing continues to grow and offer benefits to individuals and libraries. In this program, we will look at the most popular cloud storage sites and explore what else we can do beyond remote file storage! Learn how to use these sites for archiving as well as how to collaborate, automate tasks, automatically back up data, host websites and public files, and more. Rachel Eichen is a presenter who has had over four years of teaching experience. She teaches librarian-centric webinars on such topics as G-mail, Memes, and Reddit. She also currently works as a clinical trainer teaching nurses how to use smartphone software in the hospital. In the past, Rachel has taught computer classes to passengers on the Grand Princess cruise ship. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Library & Information Science and a bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing.
