NEF PROPOSAL TEMPLATES

Instructions to Utilities for Filling the Proposal Templates under NEF

A. The comprehensive proposal duly signed (all pages) and complete in all respect, along with copies of supporting documents shall be forwarded to REC in prescribed formats. In case of any assistance/ doubt/ interpretation utilities are requested to contact REC Regional /Corporate Office for clarification.

B. Templates formats for submission of the proposal are as under;

Template 2 Proposal for evaluation of Pre- eligibility Condition: This template consists of information in respect of the pre- eligibility conditions that are to be complied by the utility before being considered for Eligibility.

This information is required to be submitted each year in order to evaluate pre- eligibility of the utility.

Template 3 Proposal for evaluation of interest subsidy: This template consists of information in respect of the utility’s achievement/ evaluation criteria as defined in the guidelines for evaluation of scores and further submission to the Steering Committee for consideration of approval in respect of the percentage of interest subsidy and quantum of interest subsidy amount. Details of the progress of projects, interest paid to the lender is also required to be submitted in this template. Utilities are required to submit this template on yearly basis.
