NEBOSH National Diploma

Successfully passing the NEBOSH Diploma will enable delegates to:

▪   •��Apply for Graduate Membership (Grad IOSH) of IOSH. ▪   •��Use the designatory letters 'DipNEBOSH'. ▪   •��Progress to MSc level.

Apply for membership of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) using the designatory letters 'MIIRSM'.

The NEBOSH diploma is also the first step to becoming a Chartered Health and Safety Professional.

NEBOSH Diploma

The NEBOSH Diploma is a Level 6 qualification, equivalent to post-graduate university study.

It is not essential for delegates to have completed previous health and safety qualifications, however it would certainly be extremely advantageous if delegates have previously completed the NEBOSH National General Certificate.

The NEBOSH Diploma requires an investment of both time and effort by not only the delegates but also, and with added support from their employers.

The NEBOSH Diploma Course - Units

The NEBOSH Diploma Course consists of three units delivered on a day release basis:

•   •��UNIT A: Managing Health and Safety •   •��UNIT B: Hazardous Agents in the Workplace •   •��UNIT C: Workplace and Work Equipment •   •��UNIT D: 8,000 word work-based project, detailing the Health and Safety performance at

your organisation
