What does the course cover?The syllabus comprises four core units:

Unit IA - International management of health and safety

Unit IB - International control of hazardous agents in the workplace

Unit IC - International workplace and work equipment safety

Although there are no entry requirements forthis qualification, the achievement of theNEBOSH International General Certificate ordirect equivalent prior to undertaking theDiploma course is recommended.

How is the course assessed?Units IA, IB and IC are by written examination.Unit ID is a workplace-based assignmentrequiring application of learning across the syllabus.

A certificate is issued denoting successfulachievement of each Unit. A Diplomaqualification parchment is presented on completion of all four Units.
