INTORDUCTION
I used DELPHI programming language for writing this program and MY SQL database that has connection with DELPHI programming.
Aim of this projet is: Collect the customer information, reservation detail and payment with the digital environment ang automatically give invoice and recept to the customer. Program will work with the customer base. Each customer has a unique customer id and a specific referance code for each operation. With this customer id we will see all opretion that customer did. Referance code is used to see the specifik operation of the costumer did. Use customer number and name we will see all operation, payment or dept with the customer.
If needed in the analys part: You can search for a cusomer, for office, specifik dates or sale type.
DESIGN OF THE SYSTEM
This program is make for the Near East Tourism Agency Dorana Tourizm. In this program I will try to solve tay needs and wants.This project think to give the usage of the Dorana Tourism in the future. With this program all operation and payments will control and record more effective.
Program language pf this project is Delphi and the database is MY SQL.

EXPLANATION
The minimum requirement of the system are as follows:
Intel PII Processor 350 MHZ 128 MB Ram 20 GB Hard Disk 14" Monitor Microsoft Windows XP
The Recomended requirement of the system are as follows:
Intel PIV Processor 2.4 MHZ 1028 MB Ram 80 GB Hard Disk 17" Monitor Microsoft Windows Vista

1. Proiect Identification Ans Selection
Aim of this Project:
Aim of this projet is: Collect the customer information, reservation detail and payment with the digital environment ang automatically give invoice and recept to the customer. Program will work with the customer base. Each ustomer has a unique customer id and a specific referance code for each operation. With this customer id we will see all opretion that customer did. The existing system's handicap is receipt an invoices are writen bye the hand. And Payments, recept, bills are storing with hard copy. But this system all datas are stor in database
2. Proiect Initiation And Planing
Technical Feasibility:
The hardware are necessary for the system are as follows:
- Copmuters for sales person - A printer to take print out receipts and bill - A computer to store database

Operational Feasibility:
The standard computer knowledge is enough to use this system. System is clear and user friendly.
Economical Feasibility:
All the expences will be afforded by the Near East University.

The requirements made by the users are as follows:
- To increase speed of the operations - To prevent the loss of data - To prevent easy and quick data access - To restrict data access with the means of the system
security.

- There is no existing system, everyting is made by Hand.

User Manual
User must enter pasword to enter the system.( see fig 1)
First of all user must select the process. Fatura, Makbuz or Analiz. If user selecet Fatura: User must select Sans tipi, Bilet or Konaklama If selected process is Ticket:
In ticker reservation: User enter Gidis or donus tarihi, Nerden Nereye, Rava yolu detail, Ticket PNR number, passenger name, surname, passenger kisi information, fiyat, and indirim. (see fig .3)
If selected process is Konaklama: In accomodation reservation: User must enter Acente ismi, Ulke and Otel A Then user unter customer information, Giri~ tarihi, 91k1~ tarihi, gece sayisi, gecelik fiyat, ek banka komisyonu, indirim, doviz, oda tipi, pansiyon, adi, soyadi, kisi and aciklama. (see fig J,)
If user select Makbuz : Find the customer, insert customer payment detail: islem, tarih, banka adi, sube adr and miktar. (see figS)
If user sellect Analiz user select the analyse type. Like: Fatura tarihi, Sans T Islem, Islem Detayi, Ofis, Musteri No, Ad or Soyad. User can sellect all typ, can select a specific information. (see figo)
