3. SENSITIVE RESOURCES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TREES, WETLANDS,AND RIPARIAN PROTECTION AREAS SHALL BE CLEARLY DELINEATED WITHORANGE CONSTRUCTION FENCING OR CHAIN LINK FENCING IN A MANNERTHAT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE TO ANYONE IN THE AREA. NO ACTIVITIES AREPERMITTED TO OCCUR BEYOND THE CONSTRUCTION BARRIER.

4. CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE BEGINNING OFCONSTRUCTION AND MAINTAINED FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.ADDITIONAL MEASURES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, STREETSWEEPING AND VACUUMING, MAY BE REQUIRED TO INSURE THAT ALLPAVED AREAS ARE KEPT CLEAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.

5. RUN-ON AND RUN-OFF CONTROLS SHALL BE IN PLACE AND FUNCTIONINGPRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF SUBSTANTIAL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.RUN-ON AND RUN-OFF CONTROL MEASURES INCLUDE: SLOPE DRAINS (WITHOUTLET PROTECTION), CHECK DAMS, SURFACE ROUGHENING, AND BANKSTABILIZATION.

6. INSTALL TREE PROTECTION FENCING AT THE DRIPLINE OF THE ADJACENTTREES PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. COORDINATE WITH THE PROJECTARBORIST ONCE THE PARKING LOT LOCATION HAS BEEN STAKED ON THEGROUND AND PRIOR TO ADJUSTING THE LOCATION OF PROTECTIONFENCING FOR PARKING LOT EXCAVATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BERESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING WITH THE PROJECT ARBORIST IN ATIMELY MANNER PRIOR TO WORKING BENEATH THE DRIPLINE AREA.
