The alliance provides meaningful synergy with Teichmann sharing its expertise to nurture civil engineering skills development, particularly among the previously disadvantaged, as well as the potential to leverage collaboration opportunities with the fledgling empowerment business to deliver professional civil engineering project management and support throughout South Africa. The company follows in the footsteps of Teichmann by taking the name of one of its directors, successful South African Springbok rugby wing and fullback Odwa Ndungane, to create personal accountability throughout the emerging company. Odwa Ndungane studied towards a civil engineering qualification, as part of his personal drive for continuous personal growth and commitment to expand his knowledge base. His numerous outstanding achievements on the national and international rugby stage point towards a dependable team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to identify winning approaches and contribute to his team’s success. He is joined in managing the company by Musa Dlamini, a member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE), who holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering. Musa has over 15 years of invaluable onsite experience working with various multi-national companies, including the Teichmann Group, where he has specialised in contract management and successfully worked on multi-million Dollar infrastructure projects in Africa.
