A series of emails between the public-relations firm Calder Bateman and the Alberta government showing the province hired the services of the firm to draft a set of "transition principles" guiding the move of residents out of the Michener Centre to community homes. The province announced the centre's closure on March 11, but the emails show the principlies weren't drafted until more than two months later, on May 28.TRANSCRIPT
