Dear North Carolina Jail Administrators’ Association Members: It is with honor that the North Carolina Jail Administrators’ Association Board of Directors presents the North Carolina Detention Facility Directory and Resource Guide. There have been many changes in jail leadership throughout North Carolina. This up to date directory and resource guide is a valuable tool to assist you in communicating with other jail professionals in our state. Jails in North Carolina, as well as all across the United States, have seen many complex issues the past few years. This directory and resource guide will assist in addressing these complex issues by giving you access to jail professionals right here in our state that have widely varying backgrounds, experience and expertise. The North Carolina Jail Administrators’ Association understands the issues that jails face and have developed a network of resources to assist you with whatever issue that you may be facing. As a support organization for those who operate jails in North Carolina, we are constantly looking for new ways to be of assistance to our membership.
