Zoom:

PTZ speed dome – You can watch some specific area with zooming

but, you cannot see other areas especially opposite direction at the same time.

NCAM – There is no optical zoom but also there is no Bind Area!

PTZ speed dome is better in the dark area but NCAM-180 is much better for the resolution and for the price.
