NC  Planning  is  the  practice  group  that  drives  high  quality  estate  and  business  legal  planning  services  to  clients  of  the  firm.  Our  main  priority  is  to  understand  our  client’s  situation  and  help  them  choose  the  best  plan  that  fits  their  personal  or  business  needs.  We  don’t  see  a  client’s  plan  as  a  one-­‐time  transaction,  we  see  it  as  the  start  to  an  ongoing  relationship.

Tom   leads   the   NC   Planning   team  by   providing   legal   planning   on   a  comprehensive   basis,   aiming   to  address  all  his  clients’  business  and  personal   needs.   Utilizing   both   his  educational   and   professional  backgrounds,   Tom   is   able   to  understand   the   impact   legal  requirements   and   sound   planning  has,  as  well  as  point  to  practical  tax  considerations   and   concerns   in  order   to   provide   true   value   to   his  clients.  

Dominic   practices   in   the   areas   of  business   planning,   primarily  working   with   business   owners   to  address   their   goals   and   concerns.  He  handles  all  planning  needs  that  may   arise   throughout   the   entire  life   cycle   of   the   business.   He   also  has   a   focus   on   professional  practice   planning,   allowing   him   to  assist   doctors,   dentists   and   other  healthcare  professionals.      

Lauren  focuses  on  estate  planning,  elder   law,   estate   administration  and   business   planning   as   she  continues   to   follow  her   passion   to  help   individuals   protect  themselves   and   their   families  while   planning   for   the  future.     Lauren   is   accredited   with  the  Veterans  Affairs,  which   allows  her  to  also  help  Veterans  and  their  families   receive   the   benefits  entitled  to  them.    

Ashley  Alexander  Attorney  

Ashley   does   a   little   bit   of  everything   for   our   team   from  assisting   individuals   with   their  estate   plans   to   helping   business  owners   with   their   complex  business  planning  needs.  She  helps  clients   see   the   big   picture  throughout   the   planning   process  while  maintaining  her  focus  on  the  details   to   ensure   they   are  comfortable  with  the  plan  they  are  putting  in  place.
