Modules of NC Cost Accounting Z Cost center accounting: This module allows you to establish various cost types and cost centers as well as to create cost types from inventory accounts. Inventory accounts can be assigned to one or more cost types and as a result entries on inventory accounts can be directly transferred to the cost accounting. The evaluation of cost types can be handled with freely definable cost types and cost center schemes.

Z Cost unit accounting: NC Cost Accounting enables the esta-blishment of various cost units and subaccounts for evaluation purposes. The evaluation is made through freely definable cost units and subaccount schemes. In order to simplify the evaluati-on of cost types, they can be assigned to up to three evaluation groups.

Z NaviCalc: The evaluation tool allows the setup of templates for the regular, automatic creation of reports and financial figures.

Z Budgeted costs: This module allows for cost budgeting on the basis of values or quantities (e.g. sqm, hours). The evaluation offers a comparison between actual and planned costs whereby the planning of the actual business development can be adapted accordingly in the form of a forecast.

Z Cost allocation: Within an entry line you can handle cost allo-cations costing-based (values or quantities) or on the basis of a fixed ratio.
