Overall Execution of activities as per plan:

As per Point No.Sr No.1 in plan, Alumni association has been registered in Oct,2015.Expenditure

has been included in audit.

As per Point No.Sr No.2, Annual Alumni General Meet was held on 28th Feb,2016. Twenty Alumni

presented at meet.Expenditure has been included in audit.

Details of Activities

Registration of NBNSCOE college alumni association datedon 16th Oct,2015 with MH-731/2015 ,with name ’NBNSCOE Alumni Association’.

Our college alumni association was registered in Oct,2015 with Registration no.MH-731/2015

Association under Society Act of Maharashtra Government and with name ’NBNSCOE Alumni

Association’. Dated- 16/10/2015 (Society Registration Act, 1860)

Association body is having total nine members with Our Campus Director, Mr. Sanjay S. Navalesir, as

President, Our Principal, Dr. S. D. Nawalesir, as Vice- President. Association body also includes your

four senior alumni from different branches as member of body. Details of Body Members are as follows:

At the time of completion of formalities regarding Leaving Certificate, Our Passing out student become

a lifetime member of NBNSCOE Alumni Association with paying 1000/- registration fees and

completing other formalities.This collected fund of NBNSCOE Alumni Association is used to conduct

various events and activities under NBNSCOE Alumni Association.

Second NBNSCOE Alumni meet dated on 28thFeb,2016@NBNSCOE,SOlapur with Total 20 Alumni

as attendee.

Total Twenty alumni had attended the same out of which 8 alumni were of E&TC, one was of CSE,4

from Mechanical,3 from Civil and 4 from Electrical department.

The whole program of alumni meet was divided into Three sessions as follows:

Session 1: General Body meet of Governing Body Members only

Session 2:Departmentwise Attended Alumni registration for Meet and department wise programs

Session 3:Central Meet Program at E&TC Seminar hall

In this third session, Our Hon. Principalsir felicitated one of Governing Body member of Association.

Prof. A.V Patilsir felicitated one other of Governing Body member of Association. After this, Hon.

Principalsir had declared the registration of NBNSCOE Alumni Association under Society Act of

Maharashtra Government in his speech.

Mr.Nagesh Pathrut had declared he Scholarship named ‘Krishna-Kamal Scholarship’ of worth 1 Lakh

for Engineering Researchers in latest field of Science and Technology.

Entertaining program was arranged for alumni, which had included Piano Performance By Miss .Anisa

Hota, Poem presentation by Mr.Vinayak Hanchate, Song presented by Mr.Aakash Jadhav and

Mr.Chaitanya Gaikwad.

Highlights of Second Meet

Krishna-Kamal Scholarship-annual scholarship for the last year degree Project group

declaration by Alumnus Mr.Nagesh Pathrut(2013-14 Pass-out, Branch-CSE)currently working in

Persistant Systems.He has declared the annual scholarship for the last year degree Project group which

are used to select after very keen scrutiny and presentation. Committee of Senior staff members for this

scrutiny examines the project with respect to its innovation, Cost-effectiveness, technical thrust of

students regarding project etc.

This scholarship name has been decided by Nagesh with his parent name.

Objectives Of Second Alumni General Meet Dated on 28th Feb,2016

1. To strengthen relations between Alumni and their almaMator.

2. To have interactions with current students to provide proper guidance and path of progress

3. To conduct the meet on Last Sunday of February of 2016 as per decision in MoM point 1 of First

meet

4. To get suggestions and feedbacks from alumni to strengthen the their relations with current students

and their alma mator

5. To create a long term nostalgic memories with alumni through these periodic meeting of alumni

6. To declare and convey detail information of Currently registered NBNSCOE ALUMNI

ASSOCIATION(From reference to MoM point 2of First Meet)

1. Hon.Principalhas given the detail information of NBNSCOE ALUMNI Association registered in

Oct,2015,Its Body and registration process to be a lifetime member of it.

2. Mr.Nagesh Pathrut has declared the Krishna-kamal Scholarship for Best Curricular Project of Last

Year students

3. Vignesh Rachha(E&TC Alumni/pass-out 2014-15)Has given information regarding his award of

best new comer at Accenture,Hyderabad

4. Rukayya Sayyed (E&TC Alumni/pass-out 2014-15)Has given information that she got award of Best

Teacher at Moulana Azad Polytechnic, Solapur

5. Alumni has shared their experience in Industry with Students at department.

Outcome Of Second Alumni General Meet Dated on 28th Feb,2016

1. 20 students from 5 branches got together.Through Registration Forms,College has got valuable

feedback regarding Meet.

2. They interacted with current students also. Current student got idea somewhat of current scenario in

market.Also,they got inspiration through speeches and prizes of alumni,they got in companies.

3. Declaration of Registration of Alumni Association as per decision and MoM of first meet

4. Conduction of Alumni meet –Last Sunday of February a Fix Day of year as per decision and MoM

of first meet
