Edit Your Membership Directory Listing
Get Started Once you have logged into the website, there are multiple ways to access and edit your listing: 1. Click the Manage Profile
link on your Member Dashboard.
2. Navigate to your listing, where the EDIT button will appear next to your name.
Listing Features • Large Headshot
(square works best) • Up to 4 additional accent photos • Bio description up to 700 characters
(approximately 100 words) • Company information including Name,
Address, Telephone, Website • Searchable Tags • Facebook and Twitter links • Join Date and Member Type* • Map**
* Join Date and Member Type are based on information received from National NAWBO. These fields are not editable except by a Chapter Administrator, but you can request that these fields NOT appear on your profile. Just contact Membership or Tech! ** Don’t want to show your address? You can leave these fields blank or request that they be hidden on your listing. Just contact the Membership or Tech Chair!
Tips For Editing Your Listing: Part One
Use your bio description to talk about you, your business, or both! If you know basic HTML, use it! Allowed characters are p,br,ul,li and a.
Tags are a great way to help customers find you. Tags are picked up as keywords when a visitor uses the Directory search.
Be sure to include the full url (http://) in the Website and Social Links fields.
Tips For Editing Your Listing: Part TWO
Advanced featured of your listing include an interactive map and accent images: If you change your
address, click LOCATE to update the map feature.
Listings can have up to 5 images. The first image should be your headshot. Use the additional images to showcase your logo, or other branding elements!
Upload images in jpg, jpeg, gif or png format WITHOUT spaces in the file name.
