SCTA undertook to overcome all the main obstacles that came in the way to start a successful tourism industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities in SCTA were following;

Managing and delivering Advanced Services Design, Operations and Optimization Services within IP/MPLS Network.

Designing and Implementing new solutions and Managing Network Expansions. Providing senior technical support during critical network down events and following up technical cases.
